En la Secretaría de Guerra se abrirá, desde la publicacion de este decreto, un rejistro de los individuos inválidos que soliciten ser alojados en el cuartel, para que en oportunidad el Poder Ejecutivo nombre entre ellos los empleados que deben encargarse de su direccion, conforme a lo que queda prevenido.
