En ningún caso el adjudicatario de baldíos podrá privar a los colonos o cultivadores de sus cultivos, sin comprobar previamente ante la correspondiente autoridad judicial, que se les ha pagado el justo precio de sus habitaciones y labranzas y que aquéllos renuncian a su carácter de colonos o cultivadores del lote respectivo.
