° Adiciónase el siguiente artículo al Decreto 1807 de 1994: “ Artículo 7°. Cuando el funcionario judicial considere que la medida cautelar era improcedente y en consecuencia ordene el levantamiento de la misma, la entidad demandada deberá proceder a consignar los recursos embargados, en la cuenta que para el efecto indique la Dirección General de Crédito Público y del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. Asimismo, deberá reversar el registro contable de reconocimiento del embargo, cancelando la obligación para con la Dirección General de Crédito Público y del Tesoro Nacional, conforme al procedimiento establecido por la Contaduría General de la Nación.
