Los jurados electorales al hacer la distribución de la lista general, preceptuada en el artículo 18 de la ley 119 de 1892, formaran listas parciales de la fuerza pública por orden alfabético, siempre que en los distritos de su inscripción residan militares y policiales en la proporción a que se refiere el artículo 20 de la precitada ley 119.
