Asesoría privada. Los organismos y entidades sectoriales y territoriales que deban realizar evaluación de proyectos de inversión, podrán asesorarse con tal fin de las personas naturales o jurídicas que consideren idóneas, dentro del marco de contrato de consultoría establecido en los artículos 115 a 129 del Decreto 222 de 1983, o por el régimen que lo reemplace.
