Artículo· 6°. Autorícese al Ministerio de Cultura para asumir el liderazgo técnico y operativo de parte del Gobierno nacional para el impulso e implementación de la presente ley, e iniciar las acciones pertinentes para su puesta en marcha de manera inmediata, con el apoyo de todos los sectores del Gobierno nacional que sean requeridos.
