Entre las obras que comprenden el ordinal a) del mencionado artículo 3° se dará inmediata ejecución al dragaje y ensanche del canal de Bocachica, desde la entrada de dicho canal hasta el muelle actual o hasta los otros que se construyan en lo futuro en la bahía de Cartagena, en condiciones de dar fácil acceso a vapores marítimos hasta de treinta y cinco pies de calado.

Parágrafo

En iguales condiciones se hará el dragaje de fondo de la bahía de Buenaventura.
