Según lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, toda existencia de grasas o aceites lubricantes requiere la guía de amparo respectiva, y los tenedores a cuyo favor se expidan están obligados a presentarlas inmediatamente que les sean exigidas por los empleados del impuesto, bajo las sanciones de que trata este Decreto.
