Artículo sexto. Todos los establecimientos de enseñanza conservarán y tendrán al día los registros de matriculas, de personal docente, de calificaciones y las copias de los formularios estadísticos, por años lectivos. De la ordenación y conservación de estos registros será responsable el Rector o Director del establecimiento, quien lo entregará bajo recibo a su sucesor.
