ARTICULO 3.6.1.10.- PROHIBICION DE ADMINISTRAR MAS DE UN FONDO. Una sociedad administradora no podrá crear ni administrar más de un fondo, directamente o a través de otras sociedades. Se presume que se trata de la misma sociedad administradora cuando los beneficiarios reales de las acciones de ésta son los mismos.
