Todos los medios de transporte internacional de pasajeros que lleguen al territorio nacional o salgan de él, quedarán sometidos al control de las autoridades migratorias, con el objeto de que se realice la revisión de los documentos exigibles por este Decreto, a los pasajeros y tripulantes que transporte.
