º . Modifíquese el artículo 3º del Decreto 2222 del 5 de julio de 2006, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 3º. Diferir el gravamen arancelario a cinco por ciento (5%) para los productos clasificados por las subpartidas arancelarias 72.23.00.00.00, 84.33.51.00.00, 85.43.89.90.00 y para 'equipo reactor para recuperación de ácido clorhídrico' clasificado por la subpartida 84.19.89.99.90".
