Iniciada la investigación, el nominador podrá suspender provisionalmente al empleado investigado, hasta por el término de sesenta días hábiles, si el hecho se considera constitutivo de falta disciplinaria grave. En todo caso, la investigación disciplinaria deberá culminar dentro del término de la suspensión. La providencia que ordena la suspensión provisional será motivada, tendrá vigencia inmediata y contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
