Consejo. El Consejo de la Medalla Militar “Servicios Distinguidos a la Justicia Penal Militar”, estará conformado de la siguiente manera:

Presidente: El Ministro de Defensa Nacional o su Delegado.

Vicepresidente: El Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares.

Vocal: El Director Ejecutivo de la Justicia Penal Militar.

Secretario: Asesor de la Dirección Ejecutiva de la Justicia Penal Militar.
