La persona que quiera ser matriculada como ingeniero o como constructor (maestro de obra), deberá dirigir su solicitud en papel sellado, acompañada de las pruebas del caso, al Consejo Profesional Nacional que funcione en la ciudad o en el Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaría en donde resida.
