Art. 4.° Los Cabos i Guardas que desempeñen sus funciones en los espresados destacamentos, gozarán de un sobresueldo, a fin de que sus asignaciones totales asciendan en cada mes a un sueldo fijo de cincuenta pesos los primeros, i de treinta los segundos.
