Art. 15. Cuando el Inspector observare que los niños carecen de libros o de elementos necesarios, los solicitará al Inspector provincial. Cuando haya necesidad de hacer reparos en el edificio, pondrá este hecho en conocimiento de la autoridad municipal del Distrito para que se proceda a hacer tales reparaciones.
