º. A la solicitud de que se trata se acompañará una copia por triplicado, de la factura de pedido de las mercancías que se tenga derecho a importar sin el pago del tributo aduanero. No podrán hacerse figurar en tales facturas, ni en las consulares, ni por tanto, en los manifiestos respectivos, artículos libres de la contribución y artículos gravados con ella.
