Con cargo al fondo que se crea por el artículo anterior, el Consulado General de Colombia en Nueva York atenderá el pago de los pedidos hechos o que haga la Dirección General de Bienes y Comercio del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, ciñéndose para ello a las condiciones pactadas en los respectivos pedidos, y conforme instrucciones que en cada caso le imparta la nombrada Dirección de Bienes y Comercio del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
