Art. 27. En las causas de que trata esta Ley no se suspenderá el procedimiento contra reos presentes, por ausencia de otros reos responsables del mismo delito, sino que se sacará copia de lo conducentes, y el juicio contra los presentes se seguirá del modo que previenen las leyes.
