Articulo 3º Nacionalidad y Domicilio. La sociedad es de nacionalidad colombiana y tiene su domicilio principal en la ciudad de Santa Fe de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, capital de la República de Colombia; pero podrá establecer tanto dentro del país como en el exterior, las Filiales, Sucursales, Agencias u Oficinas de Representación que estime convenientes la Junta Directiva, con autorización de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
