Se autoriza al Departamento Nacional de Planeación, para hacer uso de sus recursos de funcionamiento del Sistema General de Regalías, con el fin de realizar el cierre de los procedimientos preventivos y de los correctivos y sancionatorios que se encuentren en curso a la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, previa aprobación de la Comisión Rectora.
