° Las funciones de la Sección de Auditoria Interna de Impuestos sobre la Renta y Sucesoral de la División de Auditoria, de que tratan los artículos 83 y 86 del Decreto 074 de 1976, serán ejercidas por el Jefe de la Sección o por sus delegados. Además, practicará a prevención las liquidaciones de aforo en el Impuestos sobre la Renta de que trata el artículo 93 del mismo Decreto.
