Aguas subterráneas, exploración. Permiso. La prospección y exploración que incluye perforaciones de prueba en busca de aguas subterráneas con miras a su posterior aprovechamiento, tanto en terrenos de propiedad privada como en baldíos, requiere permiso de la Autoridad Ambiental competente.
