AGRAVACION PUNITIVA. La pena prevista en el artículo anterior se aumentará de una tercera parte a la mitad, si la omisión fuere de prestar auxilio reclamado en operaciones de campaña, por el comandante de una fuerza del buque, o aeronave, sin justa causa.
