Artículo tercero. Autorízase a la Junta Directiva del Fondo Nacional de Turismo para que, a su vez, decrete la cesión gratuita de las cinco mil acciones suscritas por el Fondo en la Empresa "Hotel de Turismo de Girardot, S. A.", y haga por intermedio del Secretario Pagador el endoso o traspaso de los títulos que tiene en custodia por valor de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000) moneda corriente, a favor del Municipio de Girardot. Comuníquese y publíquese.
