DISOLUCIÓN. Las Asociaciones Mutuales podrán ser disueltas por acuerdo de la asamblea general. La resolución deberá ser comunicada al Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la realización de la asamblea, para los fines legales pertinentes.
