Artículo cuarenta y ocho. En cualquier estado del proceso y antes de dictarse sentencia de primera instancia, podrá el Gobernador del Departamento, de acuerdo con el Tribunal Superior respectivo, disponer que un proceso de competencia del Juez Municipal se siga ante otro Juez Municipal del mismo Distrito Judicial. Esta medida será tomada de oficio o a solicitud de parte, cuando concurran las circunstancias señaladas en el artículo anterior.
