La Subdivisión de drogas, alimentos y cosméticos funcionara de acuerdo con el Decreto número 2380 de 1960, con la modificación que a continuación se establece: Suprime el grupo de análisis de la Subdivisión de Drogas, alimentos y cosméticos. Las funciones del grupo de análisis serán desempeñadas por la Subdivisión de química del mismo Instituto.
