Sólo podrá imponerse el máximo de la pena cuando concurran únicamente circunstancias de agravación punitiva, y el mínimo, cuando concurran exclusivamente circunstancias de atenuación, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto sobre criterios para fijar la pena.
