En el Tribunal Superior Militar las denuncias y procesos se repartirán por el Presidente o Vicepresidente, el primer día hábil de cada semana. Cada magistrado será ponente en los asuntos que le correspondan por reparto.

Los conflictos que se susciten por el reparto se resolverán de plano por el Presidente de la corporación.
