º El artículo 16 del Decreto 938 de 1989 quedará así: "MARGEN DE SOLVENCIA. El valor total de los recursos recibidos por una sociedad fiduciaria para la integración del fondo común ordinario no podrá exceder de cuarenta y ocho (48) veces el monto de su capital pagado y reserva legal, ambos saneados".
