Article 10

Efectuado El Escrutinio, El Contralor Departamental Proclamará Elegido Al Candidato Que Hubiere Obtenido Mayor Número De Votos

Efectuado el escrutinio, el contralor departamental proclamará elegido al candidato que hubiere obtenido mayor número de votos. De presentarse empate, éste se decidirá de acuerdo con el procedimiento previsto en el artículo 30 de este decreto.

Parágrafo

De lo acontecido durante el curso de la elección se levantará un acta que firmarán el contralor departamental y el secretario ad hoc. CAPITULO III De las elecciones de los representantes de los Empleados de Carrera en las Comisiones Seccionales de Carrera
