Constitución de apoderados Las Entidades sin ánimo de lucro extranjeras con negocios permanentes o que deseen desarrollar su objeto social en Colombia deben designar apoderados judiciales, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 58 del Código General del Proceso. La relación entre la entidad y su apoderado se rige por las disposiciones del contrato de mandato, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 2142 del Código Civil.
