º. El numeral 7 del artículo 2º del Decreto 047 de 2000, quedará así: "7. El afiliado cotizante que incurra en mora frente a los pagos continuos de su afiliado adicional, no podrá afiliar a nuevas personas adicionales durante los dos (2) años siguientes a la verificación de la conducta, manteniendo lo señalado en los numerales 1 y 3 del presente artículo. Esta disposición no será aplicable para el trabajador dependiente cuando el incumplimiento en los pagos sea imputable al empleador".
