Adiciónese un parágrafo al artículo 6° de la Ley 152 de 1994 , así:

"Parágrafo. El Plan de Inversiones del Proyecto de la Ley del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo deberá guardar consistencia con la regla fiscal contenida en el Marco Fiscal de Mediano Plazo".
