Art. 410. Los Fiscales de los Tribunales Superiores podrán interponer el recurso de revisión cuando en su concepto contra alguno de los casos mencionados en el artículo 397 de esta ley, previo el dictamen afirmativo que en Sala de Acuerdo dará el respectivo Tribunal Superior.
