Para que pueda iniciarse el trámite para la obtención del permiso respectivo ante el Consejo de Monumentos Nacionales, la persona natural o jurídica interesada, deberá solicitar autorización previa del Director o jefe del organismo público respectivo, quien podrá otorgarla dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha de entrega de la misma.
