Impuesta la restitución de productos del medio ambiente explotados ilegalmente que pertenecen al Estado, la autoridad ambiental competente mediante acto administrativo debidamente motivado podrá disponer de los bienes para el uso de la entidad o entregarlos a entidades públicas para facilitar el cumplimiento de sus funciones a través de Convenios Interinstitucionales que permitan verificar la utilización correcta.
