Las Juntas Directivas de los Fondos Ganaderos estarán constituidas por seis (6) miembros principales con sus respectivos suplentes, así: tres (3) representantes de las acciones de la clase "A" y tres (3) de las acciones de clase "B".
El período de los Directores será de un año, y podrán ser reelegidos indefinidamente.
