Estructura interna . El Gobierno Nacional modificará la estructura interna de Ingeominas, adaptándola a las necesidades de la nueva naturaleza jurídica del Servicio Geológico Colombiano y adoptará la planta de personal. Los servidores públicos continuarán desarrollando las funciones a ellos asignadas hasta tanto se adopte la nueva estructura interna.
