El Ministro de Defensa Nacional a solicitud del Director General de la Policía Nacional podrá contratar la prestación remunerada de servicios permanentes y especiales de vigilancia por personal de Policía con organismos oficiales, institutos descentralizados y entidades bancarias.

Parágrafo

Los ingresos que por este concepto se perciban se destinarán así: el noventa por ciento (90%) para incrementar el presupuesto anual de inversiones de Ia institución y el diez por ciento (10%) restante pasara al fondo general de la Dirección de Bienestar Social de la Policía Nacional.
