Modifícase el literal d) del artículo 2 º del Decreto 2757 de 2000, el cual quedará así: d) Los recursos del numeral 11, a más tardar el último día hábil de los dos meses siguientes a aquel en que se produzca el recaudo, con base en la certificación que para el efecto expida la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, DIAN.
