El aforo de los tractores, coches, automóviles, camiones y en general de los vehículos de ruedas, se liará al peso, y en ningún caso al volumen. Así mismo, en la nueva tarifa se suprimirá el recargo del veinticinco por ciento (25 por 100) que hoy existe en la tarifa vigente del ferrocarril del Pacífico.
