º Una vez presentada una solicitud de matrícula, si reuniere todos los requisitos que señala este Decreto, y si la mina fuere de las adjudicables de conformidad con la ley vigente en la época de la adjudicación, se procederá a la matrícula de la mina de que se trate y a expedir la correspondiente certificación al interesado. De los documentos acompañados a la solicitud se tomará una copia a su costa, que se conservará en el archivo, y los originales se devolverán al interesado.
