° De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 2° de la Ley 34 de 1993, destinase un monto de $ 15.000 millones a fin de que el Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, refinancie créditos a productores agrícolas afectados por situaciones económicas críticas conforme a lo previsto en este Decreto.
