Articulo 58. Ningún accionista o empleado, podrá revelar a extraños las operaciones de la Sociedad, salvo que sé lo exijan las entidades o funcionarios que de acuerdo con los estatutos o la ley puedan conocerlas. También es absolutamente prohibido divulgar cualquier procedimiento técnico relacionado con a industria en que se ocupa la Sociedad.
