Obligación de los propietarios o responsables . Los propietarios o personas responsables de los porcinos tendrán la obligación de mantener los animales en predios o áreas delimitadas que garanticen su contención. Esto con el fin de mantener unas condiciones mínimas de higiene y evitar que se constituyan en factores de riesgo para otros animales de la especie porcina. (Decreto número 930 de 2002, artículo 20)
