Art. 43. El Jurado dispone de la policía para hacer guardar el orden.
Los ciudadanos a quienes se les exija servicio de policía deberán prestarlo o darán un personero que lo preste.
La Policía municipal procederá bajo las órdenes del Jurado, ó las del Alcalde según aquél lo considere conveniente.
