De los requisitos sanitarios para obtener o renovar licencia. Para obtener o renovar la licencia de que trata el artículo anterior, el interesado deberá cumplir y hacer cumplir en lo pertinente las disposiciones sanitarias vigentes tales como Decretos 3489 de 1982, 02 de 1982, 2104 de 1983, 2105 de 1983, 2206 de 1983, 614 de 1984, 1562 de 1984, 1594 de 1984, 1601 de 1984, 1016 de 1989 y demás normas que las modifiquen o adicionen, los establecidos en los capítulos X, XIII y XIV del presente Decreto y además las siguientes

En los sitios de acceso al proceso y depósito tener señales de peligro con la leyenda: "Veneno, no entre sin equipo de protección".

Presentar programas de salud ocupacional, higiene y seguridad industrial y protección ambiental.
